IF FISH BONE ENTERS YOUR THROAT, DO NOT PANIC, DO ANY OF THESE THREE THINGS
Most of the people like eating fish. But sometimes there are those fish which have some tiny bones and they have been giving us a hard time when we are eating the fish. Sometimes they enter in our throats but we fail to know how to remove them.
These fish bones are very deadly when they enter and stick in the esophagus. Anyone can swallow a fishbone and that’s why we have been advised to be careful when we are eating fish.
These are the things you should do if the bone has stuck in the throat.
It is advisable to use banana because it softens and smoothens the throat. So if you’ll take it immediately after the bone of the Fish stuck in the throat it will push it down to the stomach.
It is advisable to drink olive oil because it is a lubricant and can dislodge the fish bone from the throat. So if the fish bone stuck in your throat just take a swipe of olive oil and it will smoothen your throat hence making the bone slide to your stomach.
Another thing you can do is to cough where many people are used to this one. Coughing forces the bone of the fish to move out easily. So if anything happens just try to cough and then it will come out. If it fails just apply the other two formulas.
